Lovely service here, super friendly and a nice respite from the hot weather in Cambridge. The afternoon tea set was so generous (love the scones and clotted cream/jam!), giant cakes and delicious sandwiches (tuna, sundried tomatoes & cheese, egg mayo, salmon). We took away half of it for dinner as we could not finish it.

Full English breakfast, delicious and plenty of it. Voffee and tea on tap included. Very nice staff and lots of locals appeared to be using which is always a good sign.

The service is excellent! You can feel how approachable the staff is when they attend to you. The food is also quite good; balanced and with a good quality-to-price ratio. I'm not surprised they’ve won three customer experience awards (though only in odd-numbered years :p )

Had a great Rowers breakfast with unlimited coffee or tea. First coffee was lovely but subsequent coffees were a little weak. The breakfast was lovely. The service was great and a nice clean loo which is always a bonus.

Cambridge is a lovely place and memories made sweeter by the Afternoon Tea for 2 at Le Patissier! The portion was huge and we had to take home some. I had it for breakfast the next morning and it was as good as ever. There's both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff were helpful and polite.

Had a fantastic high tea at Le Patissier. The staff were amazing, very friendly and welcoming and the high tea of sandwiches, cake, sponge and scones with jam and clotted cream was really tasty and great value for money. A really quaint shop which is well worth a visit!
